Battels.com ships items via United Parcel Service (UPS). Rates are calculated in real time with UPS's computer systems, using actual weight of items, shipping distance and the published UPS rates. In the event that errors or miscalculations may occur in shipping expenses, we reserve the right to correct such mistakes. For shipments going to Alaska or Hawaii, your order may be shipped out through the United States Postal Service (USPS).
UPS does NOT guarantee air delivery to residential addresses. Check the estimated UPS Ground delivery time before choosing a shipping method. Saturday delivery is available from UPS at an additional charge. All UPS shipments are insured for damage and missing packages by UPS. We are not responsible for any physical damage to products by the shipping company. If your package is damaged in transit, please contact UPS claims. If you feel you need assistance with contacting UPS or filing a damage claim, please do not hesitate to contact Battels customer service and a representative will be happy to assist you. Choose the Signature Required option in the checkout process if you don't want the UPS driver to leave your package at your doorstep, which is often important for residential deliveries to apartment complexes where you don't expect anybody home during regular UPS delivery hours. We cannot be responsible for any loss or damage due to packages left at your doorstep by UPS drivers. Regular UPS delivery hours are Monday-Friday, 7-5, in most areas. We are unable to guarantee the arrival date of the packages.
We only cover shipping charges to destination addresses; however there may be extra charges for some residential deliveries, any special handling or lift gate services. The charges will be billed separately by the trucking company and will not be covered by our company; the customer will be responsible for the costs.
Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email with your package tracking number (if a valid email address was supplied). During transit of your package, you may enter the Tracking Number into the following form and click the Track button.
