You may return some unopened items purchased at Battels.com within 30 days of the original delivery. Battels will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and may be charged not returned in their original packaging may also be subject to a restocking fee. Thus, when returning any items to Battels.com, please ship using the packaging originally included with the shipment. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 3 days of receiving the returned item.
The following items may not be returned:
• Sale items
• Discontinued items
• Items purchased at a trade show.
• Electrical components (parts) such as switches may not be returned if opened or installed. This is due to manufacturer return policies.
